AI Courses for Business

All BlueShore.AI courses are instructor-led, delivered live by an experienced AI coach either on-site at your business or virtually over Zoom. We do not currently offer self-paced video courses. The reason is simple: business AI adoption fails far more often from lack of practice and accountability than from lack of information. Live instructor-led sessions with hands-on exercises, real-time feedback, and peer learning produce dramatically better adoption rates than recorded videos that quietly go unwatched.

No technical background is required for any course in our catalog. These courses are designed for business professionals - operations leaders, marketers, salespeople, executives, administrators - not for developers or data scientists. We avoid jargon, we focus on practical use cases relevant to your role, and we assume zero prior experience with AI tools. The most advanced courses in the catalog (Private and Grounded AI for Business, AI Security and Responsible Use) cover technical concepts at a strategic level, but still without requiring you to write code.

Start with Getting Started with ChatGPT or Getting Started with Claude. These two courses cover the foundational skills - account setup, prompt engineering, document analysis, real business use cases - that every other course in the catalog builds on. Most teams pick one based on which assistant they are most likely to standardize on (ChatGPT for breadth and the OpenAI ecosystem, Claude for long-form writing and document-heavy workflows). After foundations, the next highest-ROI course for most teams is AI Research with Google Gemini and NotebookLM, which unlocks private knowledge bases over your own documents.

Yes. Participants who complete a course receive a BlueShore.AI Certificate of Completion that includes the course title, date, and the specific AI tools and skills covered. The certificate is suitable for adding to LinkedIn or sharing with leadership as evidence of professional development. It is not an accredited academic credential - we are an AI training company, not a university - but it is a credible signal of practical AI fluency that many of our participants have found useful for internal recognition, performance reviews, and demonstrating AI competency to clients.

Courses are priced per engagement based on format (half-day, full-day, multi-session), team size, and delivery mode (on-site or virtual). We do not publish per-seat pricing because the value of a customized team workshop is fundamentally different from an individual buying access to a video library. After a free 30-minute scoping call we provide a fixed quote with no hourly rates or surprise overages. If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled session, we refund any deposit in full. Inside 14 days we will reschedule at no charge but cannot refund work already invested in curriculum design.
