Workshop Questions

Everything teams want to know before booking a training session.

Are workshops delivered on-site at our office or virtually?
Both, and the format is your choice. On-site workshops work best for teams that benefit from in-person collaboration, hands-on coaching, and dedicated focus time away from email and Slack. Virtual workshops over Zoom or Google Meet are ideal for distributed teams or when travel logistics are tight, and they include the same hands-on tool practice with breakout exercises and live screen-shares. For teams in Northern Ohio we typically deliver on-site at no travel cost. For other regions we offer virtual delivery or on-site with travel quoted separately.
What is the ideal team size for a workshop?
Workshops work best with 5 to 25 participants. Below 5, the energy and peer learning that make workshops effective is limited - smaller teams are usually better served by 1:1 coaching or our consulting engagement. Above 25, individual hands-on time suffers and we recommend splitting into multiple sessions or running a multi-track full-day format. The sweet spot for most engagements is 8 to 15 people from the same team or department, where everyone shares similar workflows and can learn from each other's questions.
Which AI tools will my team learn during a workshop?
Tool selection is customized to your team's actual workflows, not a fixed checklist. A typical half-day workshop covers 2 to 3 tools in depth - usually ChatGPT or Claude as the foundation plus one specialty tool like NotebookLM for research, Gamma for presentations, or HeyGen for video. A full-day immersive covers 4 to 6 tools across multiple business functions. We do not believe in tool-tour workshops where teams briefly touch ten products and master none. Better to leave with three tools your team will actually use Monday morning.
What happens after the workshop - is there follow-up support?
Yes. Every workshop includes 30 days of post-session email support so participants can ask questions as they apply what they learned to real work. We also provide a written reference guide with the prompts, workflows, and tool configurations covered in the session. For teams that want sustained adoption, we offer multi-session programs with monthly check-ins, refresher sessions, and accountability touchpoints to make sure new AI habits stick rather than fading after week two.
Do you require purchasing AI tool licenses before the workshop?
No. Most of the tools we cover have free tiers or short free trials sufficient for the workshop and for early-stage adoption. Before each workshop we send a short prep guide indicating which free accounts to create in advance. For teams ready to commit to paid tiers, we provide tool-by-tool guidance on which plans actually deliver ROI for business use, and which are unnecessary upgrades. We do not resell tools or earn commissions on any AI platform - our recommendations are vendor-neutral.
How much do the workshops cost?
The Half-Day Workshop is $999 for up to 5 trainees and the Full-Day Immersive is $1,499 for up to 5 trainees. Both include curriculum customization to your team's tools and workflows, hands-on practice, a written reference guide, and 30 days of post-session email support. Multi-Session Programs are quoted per engagement based on the number of sessions, frequency, and accountability touchpoints required. Larger groups beyond 5 trainees are accommodated with a per-seat or split-session quote. Contact us with your team size and preferred format.
