When you use the BlueShore CRM App or Site, you may provide us with: • Account credentials (email address and password) used to log in to the App • Contact information you enter into the CRM, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details • Notes, task descriptions, and pipeline data you create within the App • Messages or inquiries submitted through our website contact form

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you access our services, we may automatically collect: • Device information such as device type and operating system version • App usage data including screens viewed and features used • Authentication tokens stored securely in your device's encrypted keychain (iOS Secure Enclave) solely to maintain your login session

c. Information We Do Not Collect

The BlueShore CRM App does not access or collect: • Your camera or photos • Your location • Your contacts from your device's address book • Biometric data (Face ID is used only by the operating system to unlock your stored credentials; we never receive or store biometric data)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Authenticate your identity and maintain your secure login session • Provide, operate, and improve the BlueShore CRM App and Site • Store and display the CRM data you create (contacts, companies, pipeline deals, tasks) • Send transactional emails related to your CRM data (such as drip campaign emails) where you have configured this feature • Respond to your customer support requests and inquiries • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our services • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances: • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our infrastructure, including Replit (hosting and database), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Expo (mobile app distribution). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only as directed by us. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency). • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change. • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your CRM data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit's infrastructure. Your login token is stored exclusively in your device's iOS Keychain (Secure Enclave), which is encrypted and inaccessible to other apps. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted database storage, and token-based authentication. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and CRM data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at brian@blueshore.ai and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Your Rights and Choices

8. Children's Privacy

Our App and Site are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
